Hamilton opposes SB613 (2019): Consumer credit (Payday lending)

SB613 (narrowly died in the House) would create new payday installment loans of up to $1,800 in addition to the current payday products Indiana already offers. Plus, with these loans, lenders could add on fun stuff like credit insurance to make them even more expensive.
